Sephiroth: The Arrival was a Critical Threat event in Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis. This first event of its kind ran from October 5 to October 19, 2023. It was later reopened as a "Reawakened" event from January 11, 2024 to January 31, 2024. A second reissue occurred by year-end 2024 and continued into early January 2025.
Summary[]
Following Sephiroth's debut as a playable unit in the The First Soldier story arc, players could engage the former SOLDIER operative one-on-one at various Solo and Co-op power levels. This event awarded tickets for three levels of a "Victory Draw" box gacha, where 10 tickets could be exchanged at any level per single pull. Once all items in a particular box were successfully pulled, the player could level-up and restock the box in order to repeat the draw as many times as desired.
Midway through the event period, the nightmare CRASH difficulty level was added, that when conquered awarded an exclusive event profile badge.

While not directly related, during the event a stamp draw was launched, featuring Prism Dress and Prism Rod for Aerith, and Killer Attire and Killer Hornet for Matt.
