Seifer Almasy (Record Keeper)

A SeeD candidate with uncanny abilities, Seifer's recklessness and unwillingness to follow orders prevented him from passing the SeeD exam. He harbors a fierce rivalry with Squall, his fellow gunblade-wielding SeeD candidate.

Seifer is a playable character in Final Fantasy Record Keeper who could be recruited during the Challenge Event Gunblade of the Sorceress as the First Time Reward for completing the event's stage Master Room, Part 2 in In the Garden track. Similarly to the Challenge Event Balamb Garden - The SeeDs of Conflict, Seifer's rival, Squall, is also the First Time Reward for completing a stage where the final encounter was also against Norg.

Abilities[]

Seifer can use Black Magic spells up to rarity rank 2, Combat abilities up to rarity rank 5, Support abilities up to rarity rank 3, Knight abilities up to rarity rank 5, and Darkness abilities up to rarity rank 5.

His default Soul Break is No Mercy which at the expense of one Soul Gauge segment deals physical damage to one target. The sword Hyperion (VIII) allows Seifer to use Demon Slice which at the expense of one Soul Gauge segment deals physical damage to all targets and sometimes Paralyzes them. The armor relic 'Seifer's Coat' unlocks the Soul Break ability Bloodfest, allows Seifer to hit all enemies 4 times while also increasing the party's RES.
