Sector 6 Slums is a field map in Final Fantasy VII Remake based in the slums beneath the Sector 6 plate. It is explored first by a party of Cloud Strife and Aerith Gainsborough, and later by a party of Cloud, Barret Wallace, and Tifa Lockhart.

The field is first visited in Chapter 9, "The Town That Never Sleeps", as Cloud and Aerith travel there on the way to the Sector 7 Slums before a detour leads them to the Sector 6 Slums' entertainment district, Wall Market. In Chapter 13, "A Broken World", briefly as Cloud, Barret, and Tifa travel through to search through the wreckage after a battle, and in Chapter 14, "In Search of Hope", several sidequests are available in the Sector 6 Slums areas.

Layout[]

S6-5 Road[]

Comprised of two sub-areas, named S6-5 Road - Near Sector 5 for the first half, and the second half, simply named S6-5 Road. The area is a road that leads directly to the north entrance to Wall Market, first visited in "Tour Guide".

At the end of the S6-5 Road - Near Sector 5 section, a fork in the road either leads further down the road to Wall Market, or east to the Former Plate Interior - Utility Access that leads further into the Collapsed Expressway.

Just behind the Evergreen Park is the Sector 6 Slums - Gate. The gate itself is only relevant in a cutscene, but the area is part of a road right that leads to the S7-6 Road to Wall Market.

From Chapter 13 onwards, the Evergreen Park is home to a few shops, and the southwest tunnel leads underground to the S7-6 Service Tunnel in the Sector 7 Collapsed Plate Area. In Chapter 14, the park can become a fast-travel destination for Sam's Delivery Service.
