Sea Ibis, also known as Cybis, is an enemy in Final Fantasy V. A rare encounter, it is found in the area near the Stingray encounter site in the merged world coastal waters above the sunken Walse Tower. A party member with level 3 Black Magic can use Fire or Fira on it to defeat it quickly.

The Sea Ibis appears as an enemy in the Monastery Mountains region. Like all common enemies, it is defeated as soon as it is encountered by the player.
Etymology[]
The ibises are a group of long-legged wading birds in the family Threskiornithidae. They all have long, down-curved bills, and usually feed as a group, probing mud for food items, usually crustaceans. Most species nest in trees, often with spoonbills or herons.
