The Scissor Chitin is an enemy in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. It holds the rare ATK UP++ Materia, and is one of the earliest sources of it.

The Scissor Chitin is dangerous, as its regular attacks can inflict Stop. They can use the powerful Tri-Thundaga and Electrocute spells.
Strategy[]
Having protection against Stop and absorption to Lightning-elemental attacks will help. Costly Punch can defeat them in one blow, but if the player does not have access to it, then Tri-Thundaga, Energy, and Jump attacks work fine.
