Satan Slam is one of two abilities used by Vincent during his Chaos Limit Break. It instantly kills all enemies, and any enemy immune to Instant Death will instead take non-elemental damage equal to 55⁄8 times the power of Vincent's normal attack.
Satan Slam is named Stan Slam in the original 1997 US PlayStation release.
A variant ability dubbed "Satan Slam Shot" appears as Vincent's unique LD Ability. Currently a Global exclusive skill, it places Vincent in Chaos status, allowing him to follow certain actions with a counterattack. The animation for this skill is based on that of its source material.
Satan Slam is an exclusive reactive ability that costs 18 CP to equip. It is activated in Battle Music Sequences (BMS) when a boss-class enemy appears. It deals damage in direct proportion to Magic. It is learned by Vincent (level 40).
