Samba is a category of abilities in Final Fantasy XI for Dancers. Sambas are Support abilities, restoring HP or MP to anyone in the party. They do not use MP, but instead use TP. They are not spells and do not draw magic-based aggression from creatures like elementals and also, thus, cannot be silenced, but may be affected by Amnesia. Haste has no effect on its recast time.

It costs 350 TP to use. It can be recast every 1 minute and 30 seconds.
