It can be bought for 28,674 - 35,046 gil from Brunhilde in Bastok Markets (F-10) and Khe Chalahko in Upper Jeuno (H-9). It can also be bought for 354 Sparks of Eminence from Isakoth in Bastok Markets (E-11), Rolandienne in Southern San d'Oria (G-10), Fhelm Jobeizat in Windurst Woods (J-10), and Eternal Flame in Western Adoulin (H-11). It is dropped From Goblin Reaper, Orcish Trooper, and Demon Wizard.

Sallet is a low-ranked helmet that provides 7 Magic Resist and 3 Strength. In the original version, it can be bought for 1,000 gil at Rabanastre and Bhujerba, and requires 25 LP and the Heavy Armor 2 license to equip.
In the Zodiac versions, it requires the Heavy Armor 2 license for 30 LP. It can be bought in Rabanastre, Bhujerba, and Dreadnought Leviathan for 750 gil, and stolen from Mastiff (3%). It is also a Diamond Armlet treasure in Trial Mode Stage 15. It can be equipped by the Uhlan, Knight, Time Battlemage, and Foebreaker
