The Sahagin is an enemy from Final Fantasy X-2 that can be found in the Besaid Cave, Cactuar Hollow, and Cloisters 4-6 of the Via Infinito. It is not particularly powerful and can be dealt with easily with a simple Thunder spell or Thunder Blade attack.

A notable Sahagin was born from the spirit of an adventurer who would travel the entirety of Spira. At Besaid, he sees a trio of young children who also aspire to be adventurers just like him. After waking up from his sleep, he realizes the scenery he was once used to seeing as a human is so different. He ultimately goes for a swim in the water, which brings joy to the children.
