The following is a list of items in Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call. Items act as a type of ability. Items can be used in two ways: first as an equip that activates conditionally, and second as a consumable that can be used in the field during Quest Medley mode. Some items cannot be used as equips; others still cannot be used as field items. All items are randomly obtained after completing a Music Stage.

Healing items[]

Item Equip Quest Medley
Potion Used when HP gauge drops below 20%. Restores 30% of HP gauge. Restores 30% of the HP gauge.
Hi-Potion Used when HP drops below 15%. Restores 50% of HP gauge. Restores 50% of the HP gauge.
X-Potion Used when HP drops below 10%. Restores 70% of HP gauge. Restores 70% of the HP gauge.
Elixir Used when HP drops below 10%. Restores all HP. Completely restores the HP gauge.
Phoenix Down Used when HP gauge hits zero. Restores 30% of HP gauge. N/A
Phoenix Pinion Used when HP gauge hits zero. Restores all HP. N/A
Tent N/A Camp out in the field to fully restore your HP. Adds a day to the count.

Augment Items[]

Item Equip Quest Medley
Light Curtain Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Reduces damage taken by the party until the end of the stage. (Low strength) Reduces damage to party by 15% for next stage.
Hero Drink Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Reduces damage taken by the party until the end of the stage. (Full strength) Reduces damage to party by 30% for next stage.
Mog's Amulet Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases the success rate for probability-type abilities by 50%.
Ribbon Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Makes you somewhat more likely to receive rare items. (Full strength)
Giant's Tonic Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' max HP by 15%. Effects are triggered when the next stage begins. Increases party members' HP by 15%.
Bacchus's Cider Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Strength by 15%. Effects are triggered when the next stage begins. Increases party members' Strength by 15%.
Sage's Wisdom Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Magic by 15%. Effects are triggered when the next stage begins. Increases party members' Magic by 15%.
Hermes Sandals Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Agility by 15%. Effects are triggered when the next stage begins. Increases party members' Agility by 15%.
Iron Draft Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Stamina by 15%. Effects are triggered when the next stage begins. Increases party members' Stamina by 15%.
Saint's Spirit Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Spirit by 15%. Effects are triggered when the next stage begins. Increases party members' Spirit by 15%.
Growth Egg Activates at the end of a Music Stage. Multiplies the EXP received by all party members by two.
Miratete's Memoirs Activates at the end of a Music Stage. Multiplies the EXP received by all party members by six.
Molulu's Charm Receive only CollectaCards when clearing a stage, and increases chance to receive new cards.

BMS items[]

These items are only used during Battle Music Sequences.

Item Effect
Shiva's Magicite Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that you summon Shiva if summoning is successful.
Ifrit's Magicite Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that you summon Ifrit if summoning is successful.
Ramuh's Magicite Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that you summon Ramuh if summoning is successful.
Odin's Magicite Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that you summon Odin if summoning is successful.
Bahamut's Magicite Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that you summon Bahamut if summoning is successful.
Knights of the Round's Magicite Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that you summon Knights of the Round if summoning is successful.
Magick Lamp Ensures successful summoning during Feature Zone.
Shuriken Used during BMS and activated when an enemy's HP dips below half to cause some damage. (Very low strength)
Fuma Shuriken When monster's HP falls below 50%, deals low damage.
Antarctic Wind Used during BMS and activated when an enemy's HP dips below 1/3 to cause some damage. (Medium strength)
Bomb Fragment Used during BMS and activated when an enemy's HP dips below below half to cause some damage. (Full strength)
Zeus's Wrath Used during BMS and activated when an enemy's HP dips below 3/4 to cause some damage. (Extra strength)
Brigand's Gloves Used during BMS and activated before using the Steal ability, guaranteeing that you successfully steal an item.

FMS items[]

These items are only used during Field Music Sequences.

Item Effect
Tantal Greens Used during FMS and activated during Feature Zone. Guarantees that a good chocobo appears during the Chocobo Dash.
Gysahl Greens Used during FMS and activated during Feature Zone. Guarantees that a great chocobo appears during the Chocobo Dash.
Sylkis Greens Used during FMS and activated during Feature Zone. Guarantees that the fastest chocobo appears during the Chocobo Dash.
Chocobo Feather Ensures Chocobo will appear during Feature Zone.

EMS Items[]

These items are only used during Event Music Sequences.

Item Effect
Pendant Used during EMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Guarantees that you will see the Extended Version.

Quest Medley items[]

These items are only used during Quest Medleys.

Item Effect
Gysahl Whistle Calls a Fat Chocobo to the next FMS you can reach. Can only be used once per Chaos Map.
Siren Summons fearsome foes to the next BMS you can reach. Can only be used once per Chaos Map.
Gnomish Bread Reveals details of the next stage you can reach. Shows the song title and score type (difficulty).
Teleport Stone Moves you onto the next stop without playing through its MS.
Jeweled Ring Adds a Crystal shard to the possible items you can obtain in the next stage you can reach.
Fortune Sphere Changes the score type for the next stage you can reach to the next easiest type.
Gambler's Spirit Changes the song for the next stage you can reach to another random selection.
LevelDown Nut If you conquer the final boss in the current quest, you will receive a Lv. 1 Chaos Map.
Scapegoat Even if you get a game over, you will be revived with full HP from the last stop.

Ability items[]

These items are used at the end of the stage and teach the current party leader the associated ability.

Curaga Scroll Causes the party leader to acquire the Curaga ability.
Pray Scroll I Causes the party leader to acquire the Pray (Lv1) ability.
Pray Scroll II Causes the party leader to acquire the Pray (Lv2) ability.
Pray Scroll III Causes the party leader to acquire the Pray (Lv3) ability.
Brace Scroll I Causes the party leader to acquire the Brace (Lv1) ability.
Brace Scroll II Causes the party leader to acquire the Brace (Lv2) ability.
Brace Scroll III Causes the party leader to acquire the Brace (Lv3) ability.
Recall Scroll Causes the party leader to acquire the Recall ability.
EXP Up Scroll I Causes the party leader to acquire the EXP Up (Lv1) ability.
