SOS Regen (ピンチにリジェネ, Pinchi ni Rijene?, lit. Regen in a Pinch), also known as Critical Regen, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It grants the Regen status once the player's HP has hit critical and can never be dispelled. However, it will often wear off once the character has left Critical status and/or the status is dispelled after leaving Critical status.
