Rune Armlet is an upgrade to the Platinum Bangle, and is the last armor to give Double Materia growth. For players that wish to level Materia faster, the Rune Armlet is the best armor for the task. However, they will be lacking in both Defense and Magic Defense, as well as having fewer Materia slots compared to later armor pieces. Rune Armlet is good to equip if the player grinds against Magic Pots in the final dungeon.
