The Royal Intelligencers are the clandestine information-gathering and covert missions group of the Royal Knights of Waloed in Final Fantasy XVI led by Benedikta Harman, the Dominant of the Eikon Garuda. They act as scouts and spies, infiltrate their way deep into enemy nations' territory and perform assassinations and other secret missions for the Kingdom of Waloed. They answer to the king Barnabas Tharmr.
