Rod of Wisdom (ワイズロッド, Waizu Roddo?, lit. Wise Rod) is a recurring weapon in the Final Fantasy series.

The Rod of Wisdom is a weapon for Yuna, obtainable if the dominant ability on any rod is Sensor.

A static variant of the Rod of Wisdom is obtainable by using the Destruction sphere at the Besaid Cloister of Trials, which is very useful early on. The rod's stats are Magic +3%, Magic +5%, and Sensor. The Rod of Wisdom shares the same model as the Enchanted Rod.

In Final Fantasy X-2, Paine's Black Mage dressphere utilizes the same model as the Rod of Wisdom in Final Fantasy X.

Dissidia Final Fantasy (2008)

Rod of Wisdom is a level 31 Rod that provides +132 HP, +21 ATK, and +1 DEF. It can be obtained from the shop by trading in 8,400 gil.

Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy

Rod of Wisdom returns as a level 1 Rod that provides +231 HP, -52 BRV, +22 ATK, and +2 DEF. It can be obtained from the shop by trading in 15,420 gil.
