Ririzan is a non-playable character in Final Fantasy XIV. He is original creator of the character Senor Sabotender, the mascot of the Manderville Gold Saucer. Nanaphon appeared during the seasonal event The Make It Rain Campaign in 2019.
History[]
After failing auditions, Nanaphon meets with the Warrior of Light. During the conversation, Godbert Manderville appears and suggests that a visit to Ririzan at the Black Brush Station may provide a solution to Nanaphon's problems.

After reporting the situation to Ririzan, it is revealed that he was actually the original creator of the character Senor Sabotender. Under Ririzan's brief but intense tutelage, Warrior of Light and Nanaphon worked to master the mascot's basic movements. Now mentally and physically prepared, Nanaphon rushed to the Gold Saucer to try his luck at the audition.[1]
Nanaphon took his tutor's words to heart and impresses the judges with his muted, masterful portrayal of a walking cactus. Roland grants him the role on the spot. Nanaphon thanks for helping him win the role of his dreams. Although he cannot speak to the Warrior of Light when in costume, Nanaphon promises to treat him with the best Senor Sabotender he can be.[1]
