Rhaldor

Rhaldor is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Known as the Stubborn Fist, Rhaldor is the commander of Rundall's second division, Crucium.

Appearance[]

Rhaldor is a muscular adult man with tanned skin and short greyish hair. He wears a set of protective gear on both of his arms that reaches up to his shoulders, which has several spiked plates and and puncturing knuckles. Rhaldor is typically barechested having a golden string of thread with addornoments crossing his chest which originate from golden decorations in his armor which even reach the back of his neck, with what appears to be a clock or a compass on his left shoulder.

A set of long orange-black patterned clothing springs from his left shoulder. Skirted layers of clothing with complex patterns originate from his waist from what looks like a golden belt. He wears a pair of black pants with armored knees. and two short boots.

Personality[]

Rhaldor is a loyal and dedicated commander of Rundall, who fervently works to his best to serve king Jayden to his fullest, and is more than willing to die for his king. He is also strict with his subordinates and has a tendency to charge ahead without any fear.

Rhaldor's commitement to his values is, however, also his weakness. He is at many times too reckless and advances in battle without at times thinking of possible alternative dangers, believing his division can face them. He is also obsessed with certain customs, repudiating guns to a fault, and sticking to his principles as a martial artist and finding pride on Crucium's reputation as a close combat division.

These traits almost prove his undoing when an ambush of archers set by the Crystal Sanctum left him virtually unable to fight back, only to be saved by Lu'Cia and Creysse who were the only long range fighters amongst his team. Admitting that the times are changing in ways that are rendering his methods obsolete, he fundamentally accepts his mistakes, going as far as recommending that Lu'Cia led her own division of gunners.

The commander of Rundall's second division of «Crucium». His demeanor suggests him to be a stubborn man who solves all problems with his fists, but that is simply because it is the easiest way to keep his troops in line. Aware of the threat guns will pose, he now delibrates how to best put these modern weapons to use.

Character description

Rhaldor is a UR-rarity unit of the Fire element whose main job is Pugilist, while his sub jobs are Paladin and Thief. He can equip the following items: Fist, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. His unit cost is 80.

His Master Ability increases Fire unit allies' Max HP by 10% and Fire Attack by 15, as well as his own DEF Piercing Rate by 20. His Limit Burst is Chasm Render, which Lowers target's Strike Attack Res for 3 turns, then deals Dmg (L).

A special ornament of extravagant design, once a part of a suit of armor. After the previous king of Rundall fell in battle during the war against Lykeros, a piece of his armor was gifted to Rhaldor at his request. As a loyal retainer who had seen numerous battles at the side of the previous king, Rhaldor promised to wear the ornament and that both he and the fallen king would become an ever-present bastion of support for the new king, Jayden.

Adamantine Ornament description

His Trust Master Reward is the Adamantine Ornament accessory which bestows HP +348, ATK +58, DEF +8, ACC +10 and the Combat Supercharge ability, which raises own Accuracy Rate for 3 turns & Move +1.
