A young girl whose skill with a brush puts grownups to shame. She has the mysterious ability to bring her paintings to life. The proactive type, she goes after Strago and half-forces her way into the Returners. Though cheeky, she supports the party with both her kindness and a good scolding from time to time.

• Relm's LD skill alludes to her recruitment in Final Fantasy VI, where she must draw a doppelgänger of Ultros in order to defeat him; when the party convinces the cornball octopus to let her do so, he responds, "All right, all right, Uncle Ulty really wants you to draw his portrait!".
• Relm is partnered with Kelger and also pairs up with Krile for her Force Mode:
  • For Kelger, their pairing is formed due to their meeting in the very story of the game.
    • Their interactions allude to the end of Final Fantasy VI, when Relm states she'd like to paint a portrait of Strago.
  • For Krile, both girls were raised and have deep admiration for their grandfathers, even as Strago may not be a blood relative.
