Rekka is Cissnei's EX weapon, available when she is a featured character, or purchased with 10 EX Power Tokens through the permanent item exchange. It carries the passive required to activate her Fortune Star ability.

Rekka is a rarity 5 Throwing that provides a minimum of 89 Attack and 15 Luck, a maximum of 131 Attack and 30 Luck, and is Fire-elemental. It can be upgraded to rarity 7 and provides a minimum of 153 Attack and 18 Luck, a maximum of 225 Attack and 54 Luck, and Limit Break +3000. It can only be equipped by Cissnei.
