Regen, also known as Regeneration, is a recurring spell in the Bravely series.
Regen appears in both the original Bravely Default and Bravely Second: End Layer as a Time Magic spell. The spell is a level 1 Time Magic in the first game, while being upgraded to a level 2 Time Magic in Bravely Second. It restores 3% of one target's HP at the end of each turn, while dealing 3% damage to undead enemies each turn.
In Bravely Default II, the spell was mistranslated as Regeneration, and was changed to a Spirit Magic spell. It can only be learned at job level 4 for the Spiritmaster job. When used, it will restore 10% of a target’s HP at the end of their turn. When used on undead enemies, the spell will instead deal 10% damage at the end of each turn.
