Description
Regen is a Time Magic spell in Final Fantasy V. It grants the regen effect on one target, restoring their HP over time.
Regen is also an enemy ability that can be cast by Calofisteri, Chrono Controller, Enuo, Magissa, and Omniscient.

Regen can be purchased for 100 gil from Walse, Karnak, or Istory. Walse is the earliest the spell can be purchased.

Regen restores HP based on the target's Stamina and level. The rate of regen is as follows:
Use[]
Regen is an inexpensive but slow-acting heal. Though cheap to cast, its effects are less immediately useful than a White Magic healing spell or a healing item, which are normally preferable. Regen should be used in longer battles on characters that often take damage, such as those with the Cover ability. Though it can also be used on undead enemies to deal damage, it is better to cast an actual healing spell or a resurrective that damages them immediately.
