Regen is a status in Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII-. Regen is a status that restores 6.25% of max HP every 4 seconds in the PlayStation Portable version, or 3.125% of max HP every 2 seconds in Reunion.
Regen can coexist with Poison; this can be a good strategy against enemies that have permanent Regen status.
