Refresh is a recurring status effect in series. Characters under Refresh have their MP restored over time.

Refresh is beneficial status that causes MP to be recovered each tick. It is related to but distinct from other statuses that increase the Refresh stat, such as Ballad and Embrava, and stacks with them all.
The most common way to obtain Refresh status is by having a Red Mage cast Refresh or Refresh II. Other ways include casting the Blue Magic Battery Charge, using juice-type Food, the Enchantment of the Refresh Musk equipment, and obtaining Refresh Field Support in Fields of Valor or Grounds of Valor.
Refresh can be cancelled manually, have its (usually rather short) status duration expire, be lost due to death, or be dispelled or stolen by any effect capable of dispelling or stealing positive status.
Final Fantasy Brave Exvius
Refresh restores affected character's MP by 5% of their maximum MP each turn. The easiest way to attain this status effect is through the trait ability Auto-Refresh, although there are spells and passive abilities that grant Refresh, sometimes with an additional effect.
