A young girl hailing from another world where tales are passed down of the Crystals and the Warriors of Light. Refia is a very willful young lady who was raised in the village of Kazus by the mythril smith Takka. Disliking the strict smithing training her father forces upon her, she has run away from home numerous times. Having escaped the curse of the Djinn that struck her village by having run off to skip out on her training one day, she eventually joins Luneth and the others in order to save her foster father and the other villagers.

Refia is a summonable vision and optional playable character in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. She serves as a character representative from Final Fantasy III, and currently has two different variants: "Refia" (based on her appearance from the 3D remake's FMV opening) and "Onion Knight Refia".

Refia is a 4-6★ Rare Summon that has been available for summoning since the event The Crystal Tower (which originally ran in November 2016 in the Global version). Her job is listed as White Wizard, and her roles are Healing and Support. She has no innate element or status ailments resistances. Her Trust Master reward is the passive ability Mentality (which increases the equipped unit's MP by 20% and SPR by 30%).

Loving Heart (愛しき心, Itoshikishin?) is Refia's Limit Burst. A healing and support-type ability, with it Refia can remove all status ailments (Poison, Blind, Silence, Paralyze, Confuse, Disease and Petrify) from the party, while boosting their DEF for three turns.

Onion Knight Refia (たまねぎ剣士レフィア, Tamanegi Kenshi Refia?) is a 5-7★ Rare Summon set to be released in the next Final Fantasy III event, Cave of Shadows. Her job is listed as Onion Knight and her role is Physical Damage. Her Trust Master reward is the passive ability Blacksmith's Daughter, whereas her Super Trust Master reward is the Onion Blade.
