Etymology

An imp is "a small, mischievous devil or sprite".

Reed Cloak's Japanese name is a play on the words "armor", "kappa", and the Japanese word for "raincoat" (雨合羽, amagappa?).

Kappa are legendary creatures, a type of water sprite in Japanese folklore.
