Rediroq is a non-playable character in Final Fantasy XIV. She is one of the electors chosen by the Dawnservant during the rite of succession.
History[]
When Wuk Lamat visited Earthenshire during the rite of succession, Rediroq explained that the storm that hit Kozama'uka caused landslides, injuring many of the potsworn helphands, and without healthy helpers, the potsworn were failing to meet their goals. After witnessing a disappointed potsworn abandon Earthenshire due to a lack of infrastructure to work in, Wuk Lamat offered help with the situation. Rediroq said that once the workshops were in perfect condition again, they would resume the succession rite. Rediroq asked Wuk Lamat and the Warrior of Light to assist Rakorok while she guided the rest of the party to help in other workshops.[1]
After everyone finished helping, they returned to report to Rediroq. Almost simultaneously, Koana, Zoraal Ja, and Bakool Ja Ja also arrived in Earthenshire. With all the claimants gathered, Rediroq could finally begin her "Feat of Pots". As Rediroq explained, many potsworn left Earthenshire after the storm. The metalwork done by these potsworn was sold outside of Tural and was necessary for the economy of Tuliyollal. So Rediroq proposed this task to them: each of them should find a skilled goldsmith to work in Earthenshire.[2]
