The Ranger is a crown in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light obtained after defeating Arbaroc in Great Tree.
The Ranger's special ability causes the user to deal more damage when equipped with a bow. The Ranger is an excellent for facing flying enemies, since bows inflict 1.4 times damage on them. The Ranger is also an excellent choice when facing enemies with high evasion, since their first two abilities, Target and Snipe, ensure that every attack hits.
They are proficient with swords and bows, which makes them decent damage dealers in the early stages. The crown has no proficiency with any type of magic. The job's special armor, Ranger Outfit, provides a 10% boost to the user's Accuracy and Strength.
