Raise is a magic spell in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. It is the basic spell provided by 
Revival Materia, and revives a party member at partial HP.
Use[]
Raise costs 7 MP to cast, and can be used by party members with revival materia. It revives a KO'd party member at partial HP, with a fair MP cost. The spell can be crucial after losing key party members in battle.
Raise is outclassed by 
Arise, which brings a KO'd party member back to full HP. Arise is therefore more MP- and ATB-efficient, as it will not be necessary to heal them to full after they are revived. However, Arise has a longer cast time, and requires a large amount of AP to learn.
