Raging Fist (爆裂拳? or ばくれつけん, Bakuretsuken?, lit. Exploding Fist), also known as Pummel, Explosive Fist, and Omnistrike, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is a quick series of powerful punch attacks and is usable by Monks.

Raging Fist is Sabin's first Blitz. It hits one enemy for unblockable damage that ignores defense, and its battle power is 110. The input for Raging Fist is .
Final Fantasy VII Remake[edit | edit source]
Omnistrike is a martial technique Tifa can use when she accumulates enough chi by using Unbridled Strength once. It can be executed by pressing the button, causing her to attack the enemy with a shoulder bash that deals area-of-effect damage.
Final Fantasy XI[edit | edit source]
Raging Fists is a hand-to hand Weapon Skill that delivers a fivefold attack. Damage varies with TP. It provides the modifiers STR: 30% and DEX: 30%. It can skillchain into Impaction. It requires a combat skill of 125.

Explosive Fist is an ability for Eight that requires 4 AP and is available after learning Wildfire Stance: Power ↑. Eight slowly approaches enemies and delivers a devastating punch.
Explosive Fist: Power ↑ requires 6 AP and is available after learning Explosive Fist. It increases the power of Explosive Fist.
Flinchproof Fist requires 8 AP and is available after learning Explosive Fist: Power ↑. Eight receives invulnerability while performing Explosive Fist.

Description
Raging Fist is the level 18 ability for the Monk class, requiring 500 AP to learn. At the cost of 30 MP, it inflicts multiple, non-elemental damage to one target.

Raging Fists is an aerial Bravery attack for Prishe, which hits an opponent five times and can combo without actually having to hit the opponent. It costs 20 CP to equip (10 if mastered), 150 AP to master, hits low, and is learned initially at level 22. Another version of Raging Fists is a Bravery follow-up attack, acting in the same manner as the normal version. It costs 10 CP to equip instead (5 if mastered), and can induce Chase.
