Ragelise B Baloumat (ラジュリーズ・Ｂ・バルマ, Rajurīzu Bī Baruma?) is a non-playable Elvaan character in Final Fantasy XI. The father of Lilisette, he defended the Kingdom of San d'Oria during the Crystal War as captain of the Knights of the Ironcrest Hawk. He became a prominent figure in the Alliance of Altana and spearheaded major operations during the conflict. When not in battle, he was a patron of the dancing troupe led by Alexei Mayakov.
