Punch Rush in Final Fantasy VIII.

Punch Rush (ラッシュパンチ, Rasshu Panchi?, lit. Rush Punch) is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is a Limit Break used by Zell Dincht.

Final Fantasy VIII[]

Punch Rush is a part of Zell's Duel command, used by pressing Circle X. It inflicts non-elemental physical damage to an enemy with a power of 16, and is known since the start of the game. It is one of three key components of a powerful combination the player can use to maximize the damage of Zell's Limit Break.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[]

Punch Rush is an ability learned by Zell by default. It costs 12 MP and deals 4 hits of physical damage with a modifier of 3x to one enemy as well as enables access to Mach Kick for 2 turns to the caster. If used after Booya or Punch Rush, it enables Heel Drop for 3 turns to the caster instead.

Stranger of Paradise Final Fantasy Origin[]

Punch Rush is a knuckles combo ability learned by the Monk for 7 total Job Points. It performs a series of blows while weaving side to side to deal physical striking damage at the cost of 100 MP and is assigned to the Link 2 knuckles combo ability slot. It deals more break damage based on Agility.
