Precious Watch is the weakest armor in the game, providing nothing in terms of stats. What it does provide is eight unlinked Materia slots, allowing the player to equip several Materia at once. However, it is a reward for the S Rank Chocobo races, so depending on when the player can do S-ranked races, the Materia slots are not worth the lack of defenses.
