Poison Cloud XVI in Final Fantasy II (PSP).
Poison Cloud (毒霧 or どくぎり, Dokugiri?, lit. Poison Mist), also known as Venomist, Virite, Noxious Cloud, Mist, Gas, Poison Mist, and Toxin, is a recurring enemy ability in the Final Fantasy series. It generally inflict non-elemental or Poison-elemental damage as well as Poison to the party.

Poison Cloud XVI is an enemy ability used by Green Dragon, Iron Giant, Phrekyos, and Tiamat. It inflicts major Poison-elemental damage to the party.
Final Fantasy VI[]
Venomist is an enemy ability used by Daedalus, Exoray, Hidon, Kaiser Dragon, and Weredragon. It inflicts Poison-elemental damage and Poison to the entire party with a spell power of 20 and hit rate of 80 at the cost of 20 MP. If used against Undead targets, it will heal them instead.

Gas is an ability that has 10 uses and has an attack power of 4 which damages one enemy, the damage formula is base on Mana. This ability is used by Gen-Bu, Clayman, Hydra, Scorpion, Squid, Tiamat, Kraken, Pudding, Basilisk, Ganesha, Hi-Slime, Ironman, and Gen-Bu2.
Final Fantasy Legend II[]
Gas is a magical attack that has 15 uses, it also increases a Robot's HP by 9. The damage formula for Gas is the user's Mana x5. This ability target's all enemies, and deals Poison-elemental damage. This attack can be used by Adamant, Anaconda, Arachne, Basilisk, C-Fisher, F-Spider, Gen-Bu, GianToad, HugeToad, Hydra, Ironman, Jorgandr, KingToad, Kraken, P-Toad, Pudding, Scarab, Sei-Ryu, SlimeGod, Squid, Stoneman, Minion, and TianLung.
