Poison Breath is a [[Blue Magic (Final Fantasy XI)|Blue Magic]] spell learned from [[Hound (Final Fantasy XI)|Hounds]]. It deals [[Water (element)|water]] damage to enemies within a fan-shaped area originating from the caster with an additional [[Poison (status)|poison]] effect. It costs 1 Blue Magic Point to set. When set, it grants MND +1 when set. It takes 3 seconds to cast and can be recast every 19.5 seconds.

The formula appears to be:
:(Current HP)/10 + (Blue Mage level)/1.25.
For example, at level 22 and 400 HP, damage is approximately 57 with no other bonuses applied.
