The Poison Bat is an enemy from Final Fantasy III, fought in the Nepto Temple. They have lower HP and Attack than enemies previously encountered, since the party must move through the Nepto Temple while in Mini status. True to their name, their physical attack can inflict Poison on hit.
When fighting these enemies during the initial run through the dungeon, it is recommended to run instead so as to save the party's spells for the boss.
