Phosphoric Ooze (ルミネスゼリー, Ruminesu Zerī?) is a dummied monster from Final Fantasy XIII-2. It cannot be obtained without the use of third party tools.
Phosphoric Ooze is a Commando for the party. It was a recruitable monster but was discarded during the game's development. The data found on the game disc indicate that it was complete as it had completed Crystarium tree. The possible reason for its removal is that it possesses Auto-Haste at level 1, and Haste is a difficult status augment to gain.
The flan is still present in the "Transcript: Mischievous Mog's Marvelous Plan with Flan" paradox ending.

Etymology
Phosphorus is a chemical element. The first form of elemental phosphorus to be produced (white phosphorus in 1669) emits a faint glow upon exposure to oxygen–hence its name from Greek mythology, Φωσφόρος meaning "light-bearer", referring to the "Morning Star", the planet Venus. The term "phosphorescence," meaning glow after illumination, originally derives from this property of phosphorus, although this word has since been used for a different physical process that produces a glow. The glow of phosphorus originates from oxidation of the white (but not red) phosphorus—a process now termed chemiluminescence.
