Phoebe is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Known as the Sorrowful Maiden, she is a time mage that travels to Hourne seeking help against Rundall. She is originally from Ovis, a country besieged by Rundall half a year ago.

Gameplay[]
A time mage from the northern kingdom of Ovis. Half a year ago, the country was drawn into battle with Rundall despite no declaration of war and fell into ruin as a result. In order to save her country, she left on a journey to seek reinforcements from Hourne, but she knows deep in her heart that it may already be too late.
Character description
Phoebe is an SR-rarity unit of the Light element whose main job is Time Mage, while her sub jobs are Dragoon and White Mage. She can equip the following items: Staff, Hat, Clothing, Accessory. Her unit cost is 40.
Her Master Ability increases her own AGI by 20%, as well as her Move by 1. She has no limit burst.
A pointy hat that has been lovingly worn by Phoebe since her childhood. She wears it as a memento of her mother, who was also a time mage. As her magical prowess continued to increase, the hat itself became imbued with magic and transformed into a kind of first-class armor.
Chronal Cap description
Her Trust Master Reward is the Chronal Cap hat which bestows HP +146, DEF +11, AGI +5 and Light Attack Res Up 10.

Etymology[]
In Greek mythology, Phoebe was one of the original Titans, who were one set of sons and daughters of Uranus and Gaia. She was traditionally associated with the moon.
