Philip Proctor (born July 28, 1940) is an American actor, voice actor, writer and director.
Proctor has also done a large amount of voice work in films and video games, voicing characters in the films A Bug's Life, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Brother Bear, Finding Nemo, Home on the Range, Porco Rosso, Spirited Away, Tarzan, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Iron Giant, The Lion King, Toy Story, Toy Story 2, and Treasure Planet and has voiced characters in video games such as Assassin's Creed, Blue Dragon, Dead Rising, Gun, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, Final Fantasy XII, The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle-Earth II, and Metal Gear Acid 2.
