Pendant (ペンダント, Pendanto?) is a recurring key item in the Final Fantasy series.

Final Fantasy II

A pendant signifying fellowship among the Dragoons of Deist.
Description

The Pendant is a key item found in the Deist Cavern, and is required in order to progress the story by using it to get the Wyvern Egg.

Final Fantasy III

Broken version description.

A perfectly restored pendant.
Fixed version description.

Sara's Pendant is a key item obtained at Castle Sasune after a series of Mognet letters, and is required to start the Legendary Blacksmith sidequest. After bringing it to the Legendary Blacksmith, the party will get the fixed version of Sara's Pendant, which they must return to Sara.

Final Fantasy V

One half of a mystic royal jewel.
Description

The Pendant is a key item automatically obtained at the start of the game. It has no use gameplay-wise. There is an unused pendant graphic that belongs to Lenna and Faris that is loaded into memory along with the Elder Branch, Galuf's bangle, and Exdeath's mirror graphics.

Final Fantasy VI

Description
