PSICOM Bombardier initially stays passive. It then uses a chain of three Bazooka attacks.
The Bazooka attack inflicts heavy physical damage, so casting Protect may be necessary. The player can easily collect CP at the Estheim residence, because the Bombardiers will continue to spawn indefinitely.
