Owe

Owe is a playable character of War of the Visions: Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Known as the Seeker of Blade Souls, he is a member of the Knights of Leonis within the Fortem division. He is Sterne's sword instructor.

Gameplay[]

A swordsman invited to Leonis as a guest. Perhaps due to a sense of comfort, he joined «Fortem», the corps led by Sterne. Born and raised in the east, he is known for his valor and unique style of swordsmanship. He is Sterne's sword instructor.

Character description

Owe is an MR-rarity unit of the Lightning element whose main job is Samurai, while his sub jobs are Warrior and Ninja. He can equip the following items: Katana, Helm, Armor, Accessory. His unit cost is 60.

His Master Ability increases his ATK by 20% and Evasion by 15. He has no limit burst.

The very best of swordsman Owe's first-rate swords. It is exceptionally sharp and can even cut hard iron as if it were parchment. His refined swordsmanship is said to even be capable of slicing lightning as it falls from the heavens. Those who take hold of this katana spend the rest of their existence yearning for it.

His Trust Master Reward is the Lightning Katana weapon which bestows HP +68, ATK +82, EVA +9, CRT +13 and Man Eater Up Granted.

For those who pursue the arts of war, the samurai of the east are said to invoke feelings of something akin to admiration. Not only their incredible swordsmanship, heightened senses, and physical prowess, but also the very way they carry themselves with their mindsets rooted in deep conviction is considered a particularity of the east. Owe and Seymore are considered to be exceptionally skilled amongst the samurai, but there is a commonality of refinement they share—an unequalled love of the drink. Engaging in nothing but light-hearted banter as they partake, neither of the pair look the part of a swordsman. However, from the moment they draw their blades, they release a commanding aura, almost freezing the very air around them. The two laugh it off, saying it is just part of a swordsman's refinement.

Swordsman's Refinement is an MR-rarity vision card with a cost of 50. At Lv. 70, its stats are HP +284, ATK +88 and LCK +26. Its Party Abilities are Slash Attack Up 20 and Lightning Unit Critical Dmg Up 18. Its Bestowed Effect is Magic Attack Res Up 15 and its Limited Bestowed Effects are ATK Up 50% and DEF Piercing Rate Up 20 for Seymore and Owe only. It was illustrated by G-ROW Art.

Soldiers across the land fear the devilish swordsman known as Sir Owe. Leonis's ability to remain steadfast while surrounded by larger territories is due in no small part to Owe's countless military exploits. It was thus an easy choice for King Oelde to appoint him as the princes' sword instructor. The princes were polar opposites in both personality and swordsmanship, and Owe saw more of his past self in Sterne—a young man overeager to demonstrate his father's gallantry. He saw great talent slumbering in Mont as well, but he knew that only Mont himself could draw it out. Sterne is both motivated and astute, and he masters Owe's techniques with the same precision that Owe himself had. Though Owe saw Sterne's overly rapid growth causing rifts among the royal family, he turned a blind eye and chose instead to love Sterne as his disciple.

Its Party Abilities are Reduces Non-Attack Ability Activation Time 100, Reduces Attack Ability Activation Time 100 and Dark Unit Unit Attack Res Up 20. Its Bestowed Effect is Critical Dmg Up 10. It was illustrated by SQUARE ENIX.
