The Outsider (アウトサイダー, Autosaidā?) is a recurring gun-type weapon in the Final Fantasy series.

Final Fantasy VII[]

The Outsider is a gun usable by Vincent, based on the Colt Python. It is found in the Sunken Gelnika. It provides 80 Attack, 120 Attack%, 48 Magic, two sets of linked Materia slots and four single slots, for a total of eight slots at normal growth.

Final Fantasy XIV[]

The Outsider is a Gun for Machinists. It can be acquired in the Forbidden Land, Eureka Anemos by upgrading an Antiquated Outsider, and can be further upgraded to the Outsider +1.

Description

The Outsider is usable by moogle Gunners, and has 41 Weapon Attack. As with other guns, it is non-elemental, and it has a range of 9. It teaches Stopshot for 300 AP.

Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift[]

The Outsider is usable by the Fusilier and Agent classes. It provides 34 Attack, a range of 8, and teaches Stopshot to Fusiliers for 450 AP and Fawn to the Agent for 150 AP. It can be obtained as part of the Rust-stained Guns B category in the Bazaar.

Outsiders are guns usable by King that provide 8 Attack Power. In the PSP version, they can be bought from the SPP Post after bringing King in multiplayer once for 1600 SPP and sell for 800 gil. In the HD version, they can be bought after defeating 30 enemies with King for 200 SPP and sell for 100 gil.
