Otto is a character in Final Fantasy XVI. He is a resident of Cid's Hideaway and the chief steward. He manages the hideaway as an overseer and rarely takes part in direct combat or leaves the hideaway for missions. Otto is the one who initially inspired Cidolfus Telamon to start their group's Bearer-liberation movement.
