Description
Otherworldly Crystal is an accessory in Final Fantasy VII Remake that reduces the duration of detrimental status effects applied onto the wearer. Not available from shops, it sells for 1,000 gil.

The Otherworldly Crystal is found in a treasure pot in Don Corneo's residence in Wall Market. It is behind a secret door leading to the Forbidden Room. Entering the room from the third door upstairs finds stairs down that lead to a chest. The player can pick it up in Chapter 9, "The Town That Never Sleeps", during "The Audition". If missed, the player can get it in Chapter 14, "In Search of Hope", during "Intel Gathering".

The Otherworldly Crystal reduces the length of the detrimental effects on the wearer. Full immunity is superior, but no accessory protects against all ailments. The 
Warding Materia can also be used instead of the crystal, but takes two materia slots.
