Changes: Officer - East

Officer East is a character from the Online Mode of Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-, and is an instructer to the player during the story - like Usher. He also stands watch at the ranking board in Deepground. East explains that he was once a Tsviet and therefor got the opportunity to take on the emperor of Deepground - Weiss the Immaculate, but tells the player that fear of the emperor made him reject the offer. The Officer was also with the player when he/she first encounters their first Tsviets, Azul the Cerulean and Shelke the Transparent. He also gives information to the player about the "Triple S" status in Deepground - a rank of which Tsviets are given colors attatched to their names, whilst at the same time claiming Shelke is 'special' because her color is not actually a color at all. Being at the center of Deepground, East claims that many Deepground Soldiers who upset the mood of the Restrictor went under brutal punishments. His last appearance is when the player goes off to fight Weiss the Immaculate in order to raise his/her ranking on the Deepground ranking board.
