Officer East is a character from the online mode of Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII-, and is an instructor to the Player Tsviet during the story, like Usher. He also stands watch at the ranking board in Deepground. East explains that, as a Tsviet, he was given the opportunity to take on the emperor of Deepground - Weiss the Immaculate. He tells the player that the only reason he survived the battle was by running from beginning to end.
The Officer was also with the player when he/she first encounters their first Tsviets, Azul the Cerulean and Shelke the Transparent.
