The Officer, also known as Cadet, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI fought in the Imperial Camp. It lacks an in-game bestiary entry. The encounter of this enemy is unique.
Their special attack, Axe, is a stronger normal attack, and they have higher HP than most enemies up to that point in the game. Otherwise, they are not particularly notable and are easily defeated.

An officer is a member of an armed force or uniformed service who holds a position of authority.
A cadet is a trainee. The term is frequently used to refer those training to become an officer in the military, often a person who is a junior trainee.
