Nutkin Suit is a high-ranked Costume stolen from Rafflesia, won from betting a Moogle Suit in the Dragon's Neck Coliseum, and found in the final dungeon, and is only usable by Strago and Relm. It provides +7 Speed, +3 Magic, 86 Defense, and 67 Magic Defense.
