Omen[]
Noctis is the main character in the short film unveiled at Paris Games Week 2016 where he chases Lunafreya's dog Pryna through various dreamscapes, ending in a hellish land surrounded by Cerberi. It is said to be a vision King Regis had of a future he seeks to avert.

King's Knight -Wrath of the Dark Dragon-[]
Noctis appears in a collaboration event with Final Fantasy XV. The first time the player "parties" with a Final Fantasy XV character, they get a DM from them after the co-op play. The character the player parties with is random. Noctis's screen name is †Prince†.

Final Fantasy XIV[]
Noctis appears in the Final Fantasy XIV x Final Fantasy XV collaboration event, "A Nocturne for Heroes". The Warrior of Light finds him in Thanalan along with his car, Regalia. After asking the Warrior of Light to help him push the broken car, the latter introduces him to Cid nan Garlond who offers to fix his car.
Noctis then joins forces with the Warrior of Light fighting against the imperial troops and Garuda.
Final Fantasy Dimensions II (Free-to-play)[]
Noctis appeared as a summon in the original free-to-play version. He was a god-type dark-elemental summon available through the summon drawing shop.
Noctis's special attack was Consuming Mist, which lowered the physical and magic attack power of all enemies for five turns. Noctis required two summon gauges to summon. The summon was an SSS rank signet and had a cost of 20 to equip to a character.
Noctis allowed the wielder to use the following abilities depending on the summon's rank:
- Armiger Z
- Armiger Z
- Armiger Ω
In addition, Noctis appeared as a costume for all character's to use, provided if the player obtained a costume voucher from the summon draw shop.
Similar to other series cameo characters, the Noctis summon and costume were removed from the premium release of Final Fantasy Dimensions II.

Noctis is a playable character as the representative of Final Fantasy XV. He appears in his default Prince's Fatigues attire from Final Fantasy XV, with Royal Raiment as his alternate outfit. He wields the Engine Blade.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[]
Noctis appears as a vision, and optional playable character. A 5-7★ Rare Summon, he was released in both the Global and Japan version of the game to celebrate the release of Final Fantasy XV. Noctis' job is listed as Prince, and his roles are Physical Damage and Support. His Trust Master reward is considered one of the best in the game: the Ring of the Lucii accessory, which gives access to the Holy, Alterna and Death abilities), as well as ATK and MAG +30%, and raises the unit's Evasion by 25%.

- Noctis is a true fishing enthusiast who can spend entire days fishing at his favorite spots. It is said that the fish he catches are cooked by a personal chef, suggesting he comes from wealth. He is not the greatest conversationalist and can be hard to get to know. One would think he would be in a better mood fishing, but that is only the case when the fishing is good. His dream is to one day catch the legendary "God of the Sea" spoken of in Grymoire's ancient tall tales.

Noctis is a playable character. He was announced as the third DLC guest character, after SNK fighting game series character Geese Howard , Street Fighter character Akuma, and female vampire Eliza, and was added on March 20, 2018.
Modeled after Yoshimitsu, Noctis fights using his Engine Blade sword as well as other weapons. He retains the moveset seen in his Final Fantasy XV appearances, while his fighting style refers to his playable appearance in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. His Rage Art is based on Armiger, which has him summon various weapons to bombard his opponent with a flurry of slashes, then impale his opponent with an axe to deal heavy damage.
Noctis has been acquainted with Tekken character Lars Alexandersson who calls him on his smartphone and convinces Noctis to take down his opponents. Noctis and Lars fish at the Jungle Outpost after the latter defeats Kuma in a fight. Most of his voice clips are reused from his appearance on Team Ninja/Tecmo Koei's Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. Noctis has the basic Prince's Fatigues, but also the Casual Attire with jacket, the Kingly Raiment with jacket, the Choco-Mog Tee, as well as a unique dark robe with a Lucian insignia, perhaps loosely based on the Master Assassin's Robes (Hooded).

He was obtainable as a 6★ ranked unit named "Noctis" (ノクティス, Nokutisu?), with a physical type and a dark element. In his ultimate evolution, he becomes a 7★ ranked unit named "The Chosen King, Noctis" (託されし未来の王・ノクティス, Takusareshi Mirai no Ō Nokutisu?), with a physical and attacker type and dark and light elements. In his alternate ultimate evolution, he becomes a 7★ ranked unit named "Pixel Noctis" (ドット・ノクティス, Dotto Nokutisu?), with a physical and attacker type and a dark element. His enhance material was obtainable as a 5★ ranked unit named "Noctis's Ring of the Lucii" (ノクティスの光耀の指輪, Nokutisu no Kōyō no Yubiwa?), with a dark element. It was obtained as a potential reward for defeating Gabranth.
As a 6★ ranked unit, Noctis wears his standard outfit and wields the Engine Blade while emitting a dark aura. His active skill is "Trust in me..." and his leader skill is "Conjure Weapons". After being evolved to his ultimate evolution as a 7★ ranked unit, Noctis conjures and surrounds himself with a variety of weapons while emitting a larger dark aura. His active skill is "Trust in me..." and his leader skill is "The Armiger". In his alternate ultimate evolution as a 7★ ranked unit, Noctis appears as an animated sprite version of his initial appearance. His active skill is "Let's finish this." and his leader skill is "Airstep". As a 5★ ranked unit, his enhance material appears as its standard incarnation, a ring with a black insignia on it.
