Ninja (忍者, Ninja?) is an ability type in Final Fantasy Record Keeper, and part of the Other category.
Mechanics[]
The Ninja school is a very diverse school. Unlike most other ability schools, Ninja has a mix of physical and magical attacks, and a variety of elements. Ninja magic ignores Resistance, allowing it to deal heavy damage even on a character with low Magic. Meanwhile physical Ninja skills have a recurring theme at higher levels of two pairs of abilities; one that grants the Blink status and allows it to stack, and a second ability that deals more hits the more stacks of Blink the user has. Ninja abilities also execute extremely quickly, 0.83 seconds for many of them.
A minor instance of note is that the Ninja school has the only two abilities accessible to the player that inflict the Sap status, which is occasionally needed to meet Medal conditions in some dungeons.
Notable abilities in the Ninja school include: Smoldering Fire and Raging Storm, which deal two hits of RES-ignoring damage; the mentioned pairs of Blink-themed abilities, which come in Water, Dark, and Earth varieties; and the Rank 6 ability Stich in Tim.

Rank 6[]
Unlocking access to Rank 6 Ninja abilities requires the individual character to be at Level 65 and have their second level cap broken, unlocking their Record Spheres. The player can then use Ninja Motes to unlock access to Rank 6 Ninja. Note that only characters with innate access to Rank 5 Ninja will have the Empowered Sphere that includes access to Rank 6 Ninja; characters who must use their Record Spheres to access Rank 5 have no Empowered Sphere for Ninja and cannot access Rank 6.
