The Ninja is an enemy in Final Fantasy V, fought in the sky and castle areas of the final dungeon.
They often cast Blink on themselves to grant Image status, making physical attacks miss. Even without the Image status, they have considerable physical Evasion. Their Yagyuu's Strike reduces the health of the target over time, much like sap. Ninja is susceptible to Level 4 Graviga and Level 2 Old.
Their rare steal is the Kiku-ichimonji katana.

A ninja was a covert agent or mercenary in feudal Japan who specialized in unorthodox warfare. The functions of the ninja included espionage, sabotage, infiltration, and assassination, and open combat in certain situations.
